Visits are available by appointment only to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your private showroom appointment. This helps us manage our limited availability and minimize last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to transfer your booking to a new appointment time. Please note that the booking fee is separate from any future purchase.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Appointments are designed as a private shopping experience where you can explore our collection of rare archival designer bags and accessories in person.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC PIECES?

Yes. During the booking process, you'll have the opportunity to share any designers, collections, or specific pieces you're looking for so we can prepare selections ahead of your visit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you can no longer attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance so the time may be offered to another guest.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will forfeit the $25 booking deposit.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR CONTENT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

You're welcome to film and take photos inside the showroom during your visit. However, to respect the privacy and discretion of our space, we kindly ask that guests avoid filming or sharing the exterior of the building, surrounding streets, or any details that may reveal the showroom's exact location.
